SGLAB, led by CEO Eddie Cho, is accelerating the global expansion of its AI-powered intelligent golf club, 'G-GRIP,' by participating in the PGA Show 2025. "Through demonstrations at the PGA Show, professional golfers and instructors have gained confidence in the technology and practicality of G-GRIP," said Cho. "The biggest differentiator, recognized by the industry, is that all data can be measured with just the club itself, without any external attachments. We plan to rapidly commercialize the product so that more golfers can benefit from AI-based swing analysis."
At PGA Show 2025, golf club and grip manufacturers have also shown keen interest in G-GRIP's intelligent sensor technology, initiating discussions for potential collaborations. If G-GRIP's flexible pressure sensor technology is combined with existing golf equipment, it will enable precise measurement of the interaction between the club and the hand, providing actionable feedback and paving the way for a new generation of intelligent golf equipment.
SGLAB plans to collaborate with club and grip manufacturers to expand the applications of AI-based golf technology and to explore the development of next-generation golf equipment. Building on its CES 2025 Innovation Award win, the company is solidifying its position in the global golf tech market and accelerating industry partnerships and market expansion through PGA Show 2025. In response to market demand, SGLAB will expand its product lineup to include not only training models but also models designed for personal club installation. Through these efforts, the company aims to provide more golfers with the opportunity to experience AI-based intelligent golf technology.
